Yellow Tint on Your Screen? Check Night Light First
Check Night light first: it's a Windows setting that deliberately warms the screen to cut blue light, and it can switch on by itself on a schedule. Turn it off or lower its strength. If the tint stays, check your graphics driver, color settings and cable.

Fixes to try (easiest first)
- Turn off Night light
Settings > System > Display > Night light, or select the Network or Speakers icon on the taskbar and toggle Night light. [1]
- Lower Night light strength or turn off its schedule
In Settings > System > Display > Night light, move the Strength slider left, or turn off the schedule so it doesn't switch on by itself. [1]
- Update the display driver
If the Night light toggle is grayed out, Microsoft says you may need to update the display driver. [1]
- Check the color settings and cable
Calibrate colors in your display settings or the monitor's menu, update graphics drivers, and check the cable isn't damaged. [2]
Is it worth fixing?
Night light and settings fixes are free. If the tint stays after turning off Night light, updating drivers and checking cables, and also shows on another screen, the graphics side may be at fault. If it's only on one screen, that screen may need a repair.
